Live Events Project Manager:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can: develop comprehensive live event plans including related schematics, work plans and resource needs, coordinate the ordering and receipt of purchases and rentals from vendors, manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, lead projects in the field, and other functions related to live event production.
A well-rounded background with a focus on lighting and/or video production is preferred. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work in a collaborative environment and be able to flex with scheduling changes. They must be a highly effective communicator, organized with an attention to detail, and able to anticipate and solve problems. This individual will be comfortable discussing issues as they arise whether they be with team members or clients. Organization and time management are key in order to create and maintain schedules, meet deadlines, and keep jobs running on schedule in line with our standards.
This position requires evening and weekend work.
