Amber Reddig Associate Project Manager
Amber has been with Shumaker since 2016. She holds a BFA in Applied Theatre Arts from University of the Arts, Philadelphia. Amber worked professionally as a Stage Manager for ten years before joining the Shumaker team.

Andrew Takoch Associate Project Manager
Andrew has worked for Shumaker since 2014. He graduated from Dickinson College with a degree in Theatre/Tech Design Focus, and apprenticed at the Fulton Opera House as a stage carpenter/technician. Andrews’ varied production skills and experience are a great asset to the Shumaker team.

Beth Schaffer Event Designer/ Account Coordinator
Beth joined Shumaker in the fall of 2017. With a varied background in architecture, brand management, project management and events, she adds to the team's diverse collection of talent. For ten years she has created customer experiences ranging from high-tech classroom buildings to 10,000 person 5K glow runs. Her nephews accuse her of laughing too much but we're getting used to it.

Brian McKee Operations Manager
Brian has worked for Shumaker for over 10 years. Prior to working at Shumaker, he worked in technical theatre, specializing in lighting and scenic construction. It turns out that theatre and special events have a lot in common, so it was an easy transition from plays to events. In his free time he enjoys cycling and renovating his century-old row home.
“I love the variety of projects Shumaker takes on throughout the year. Each job is unique, requiring its own design and presenting its own set of challenges. Figuring out how to transform a space given the constraints of a room is a challenge I particularly enjoy. Inspiring that "wow" reaction in our clients and their guests is a great reward. Although planning and executing high-pressure events can be hectic, I've discovered it can be very addictive!”
Dustin Imhoff Event Designer/Account Manager
Dustin has been with the company since 2012. Working in the wedding and event business since 2000 means Dustin has a deep knowledge of the field. That experience and his creative design sense make him an outstanding asset to the team.

Dustin Shambaugh Warehouse Manager
Dustin has been with Shumaker since 2015. He has eight years of warehouse and distribution management experience with six years of warehouse and distribution management at Kimberton Whole Foods, where he helped them grow to five locations. He was there from the start of their first distribution center and helped implement a high-tech inventory and supply system. The fast-paced, daily deadlines of that industry have prepared Dustin for the demands of the event business.

Heidi Fuerst Finance Director
Heidi has worked for Shumaker for over three years. She is a CPA with a variety of experience including public accounting, hospitality, pharmacy benefit management, and start-ups.

Janel Repass Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
Janel has been with Shumaker since 2015. She handles multiple administrative and bookkeeping tasks including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and some human resource functions.

JoAnn Reisinger Event Designer/ Account Coordinator
JoAnn has been with the company since 2015. Before joining Shumaker,JoAnn owned and operated her own flower shop. As an award-winning floral designer for more than 30 years, JoAnn has designed flowers for celebrities, ambassadors, and a previous First Lady of the United States.

Keith Henninger Project Manager and Purchasing Specialist
Keith has been with Shumaker since 2006. He started working part-time and switched to full-time in 2009. Before that, he got started working in backstage theatre doing school musicals and summer stock productions. Keith holds a BS in Speech Communication and Theatre with a minor in Industrial Technology and a focus on Technical Theatre from Millersville University.
“I like getting to do something I love everyday. I have always loved working with lighting, audio, and video and also enjoy solving problems, which is a big part of my job as a project manager. It is important to love what you do, and I truly love my work.”
Kyle Yuditsky Production Technician
Kyle has worked for Shumaker since June 2016. He holds a degree in sculpture from Millersville University and is an audio/visual performer and carpenter.
“I enjoy the challenges I face each day at Shumaker. I get to use my hands and exercise my mind. It is my job to execute, refine, and troubleshoot complex problems that require an attention to detail that keeps me thriving. Between installing audio setups, building new scenic pieces, and repairing equipment, there is rarely a dull moment. Not everyone is so happy to go to work each day, and I don’t take that for granted.”
Nathan Diehl Project Manager
Nathan has been with Shumaker PDT since 2013. Nathan’s background is in art and music, and at Shumaker his primary focus is on music and audio. After graduating from Musician's Institute in 2012 for audio engineering, he worked as a sound technician for the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. Soon after, he began work as a sound apprentice at the Fulton Theatre, where he practiced mixing and sound design for plays and musicals. After completing his apprenticeship, he spent a summer in California working as a stagehand, lighting, and audio tech at the Idyllwild Arts Summer Program and then accepted a position at Shumaker as a project manager in the fall of 2013.
“I am very fortunate to be working with a group that gets to create something new and inspiring on a consistent basis. Every event is different and unique, and I enjoy being a part of the transformative experience that is creating custom events. Shumaker has given me the tools to practice my trade, and given me many opportunities to share my passions. It has been especially rewarding to work within the community and feel that our work is valued. Rebecca Barrett Project Manager
Rebecca recently joined the Shumaker team in November of 2017. Prior to arriving in Lancaster, she worked as a Lighting Designer and Lighting Director based out of Chicago IL. Rebecca received her M.F.A. in Lighting Design at Northwestern University. She graduated from Ithaca College in upstate NY with a B.F.A. in Theatrical Production Arts.

Rikki Etter Lighting Technician
Rikki has been with Shumaker since 2017, and is very excited to be working with the team. Before Shumaker Rikki was a full-time student at Millersville University where she received her BS in Communications/Theatre with a Business Management Minor.

Ruth Martin Marketing and Business Development Director
Ruth has been with Shumaker since 2017 and has years of experience in brand management, retail marketing and visual merchandising. Earlier in her career she planned large, corporate meetings all across the U.S.

Sean Hammond Assistant Warehouse Manager
Sean has been with Shumaker for over five years. Before that Sean worked as a roadie for a band and toured the world with them. Sean is a problem solver who focuses his time on Shumaker’s design and build needs. His organizational skills are a great asset in keeping the Shumaker warehouse in top shape.

Tim O’Donnell Project Manager
Tim started with Shumaker in 2007 while he was a student in Millersville University’s Communications and Theatre program. Over the years, Tim has held almost every position available in the company, from Warehouse Manager to Project Manager. In addition to his work at Shumaker, he has created lighting and scenic designs for a variety of educational and community theatre programs.
“The thing I love most about working at Shumaker is that this team doesn't stagnate. At all levels, the team at Shumaker fights against entropy to create better events and designs, while also striving to make job sites safer for our staff and the public.
